Nova Tech Mariners Families,

The first Nova Tech meet of the season is officially sanctioned, and we need your quick action to confirm attendance.

Please log into your PoolQ account as soon as possible to declare whether your swimmer will or will not be attending.
Coach Marie will begin planning events right away, so the sooner you declare, the better she can build the best meet plan for/with your swimmer.

Warm-Up: 1:00 PM
Start Time: 1:30 PM
Location: Pictou Fisheries Training Pool – 73 Harbour Drive, Pictou, NS
Hosted by: Pictou County Mariners (our home meet!)

Eligibility:
All Nova Tech registered swimmers and pre-competitive swimmers on trial — this is the one meet trial swimmers are eligible to attend.

Important Reminders

• Deadline to declare in PoolQ: Wednesday, October 16, 2025
  (but please do it ASAP so Coach Marie can plan!)

• If you are not attending, please still log in and select “Not Attending.”

• If you haven’t yet completed your Swim Nova Scotia registration step, please do so immediately.

  • The confirmation email would have come directly from Swim Nova Scotia.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

  • If you still can’t find it, please contact our Registrar for assistance.
    This step is mandatory for eligibility to compete.
