Event: 2026 East Coast Championships
📍 Location: The Works Aquarena, St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador
📅 Dates: July 10–13, 2026
This is one of the premier championship meets in Atlantic Canada and brings together qualified swimmers from across the region.
Eligibility requirements are based on East Coast qualifying standards:
• 12 & Under swimmers must qualify through either:

200m IM or 400m IM plus one additional 200m event or longer, OR
-
Any three 200m events or longer
• 13–14 swimmers require two qualifying times
• 15 & Over swimmers require one qualifying time
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 6 individual events.
