Dates: Friday–Saturday, May 22–23, 2026
Location: Dalplex Pool – 6260 South St, Halifax, NS

Session Times:
• Friday, May 22 – Warm-ups: 4:00 PM | Start: 5:00 PM
• Saturday, May 23 – Warm-ups: 8:00 AM | Start: 9:00 AM
📌 This meet will be swum as mixed-gender, open events, timed finals and includes a 100m IM Eliminator format.
The Pentathlon Champion is determined by an aggregate score of the following events:
100m IM Eliminator, 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke, and 50m Butterfly.
Awards are given by gender and age group (12 & Under, 13–14, 15 & Over).
⚠️ Eligibility Note: Swimmers must meet AAA qualification standards and be fully registered with Swimming Canada to participate.
