NS Long Course Championships have now been sanctioned, and eligible swimmers can now log in to declare attendance.

This is the championship meet to close out the long course season and is intended for swimmers who have achieved qualifying standards:
• 12 & Under swimmers must meet East Coast Championship standards
• 13 & Over swimmers must be qualified at the AA or AAA level
Swimmers may enter a maximum of:
• 6 individual events
• 2 events per session
• Up to 3 relays
